The on going renovation of the of the Audiology wing at the Syracuse Veteran's Medical Center is a two phase project that was started in the winter of 2014. The first phase was a complete renovation of the existing Audiology wing that expanded approximately 3,700 square feet. Phase two involves expanding the Audiology wing by converting 1,500 square feet of a neighboring space that was previously vacated. When completed the new Audiology wing will include an expanded waiting area, new bathroom, new Audiometric booths and all new finishes throughout; floors, ceilings, fixtures, counter-tops, walls and doors.

Women's Clinic

This project consisted of renovating the 9th floor south wing of the Syracuse Veteran's Medical Center, for a new Women’s Health Clinic. The project consisted of converting approximately 4,000 square feet of space that was being utilized as office space, into Ambulatory Care outpatient clinical exam, office, and procedure space. The Women’s Health Clinic project included five new outpatient exam rooms, two outpatient procedure rooms, healthcare provider offices, administrative office space, a waiting room, check in area, patient and visitor restrooms, and staff areas.
Rome Veteran's Outpatient Clinic

This project was a heavily involved 3 phase project. The most involved phase involved converting an abandoned surgical wing on the second floor into 7 new office spaces, a conference room, fitness center, shower room, bathrooms, and a break room. The other two phases involved renovating a decommissioned kitchen, vault, and storage rooms into two large warehouse spaces. For all phases, the scope of work included asbestos abatement, general construction, HVAC, controls, electrical, auxiliary systems, PA system, plumbing, fire protection systems, as well as providing all necessary cabling and equipment for voice, data, security, and alarm services.

Outpatient Exam Rooms
Syracuse, New York
The Outpatient Clinic project was a complete remodel of 1,500 square feet of floor space. The entire area was cleared of existing ceilings, walls, mechanicals, electrical, plumbing and floor finishes. The space was then divided and renovated in to 12 brand new private office/exam rooms. Each room is fully functional with new finishes, millwork, and individual sinks. The area was centrally located, meaning patient priorty and infection control was critcal during all phases of construction.
